Release of Use of Likeness I hereby irrevocably consent to the use and reuse of my likeness, name, appearance, and biographical materials and the same of my animals (collectively "Likeness") in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, in reproductions by Carly's Custom Cowboy Drawings. I agree to allow Carly's Custom Cowboy Drawings to use, publish, distribute, and copyright photographs or other portraits or likenesses of me and my animals or in which I and my animals may be included in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character, or form, in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproduction thereof, made through any media, for instruction, art, advertising, trade, or any other lawful purpose whatsoever. I further consent to the use of my name and biographical material in connection with such photographs or other portraits or likenesses of me and my animals. I agree that Carly Davis may use all or any part of my Likeness and that of my animals and may alter or modify it, regardless of whether or not I or my animals are recognizable. I further agree that Carly Davis exclusively owns all right, title and interest in any material with my likeness and that of my animals related to the reproductions by Carly's Custom Cowboy Drawings. I agree that Carly's Custom Cowboy Drawings may exploit, edit, modify, and distribute my Likeness and that of my animals. I further agree that Carly Davis may use my Likeness and that of my animals in connection with any promotion, publicity, marketing or advertisement in any manner whatsoever for Carly's Custom Cowboy Drawings. I grant the rights hereunder whether or not my Likeness and that of my animals are used in a reproduction. I release Carly Davis from any and all liability arising out of the use of my Likeness and that of my animals (including, without limitation, any claim that such use invades any right to privacy and/or publicity).
